Job description:
Responsibilities:
 End-to-end testing of payment flows: auth, refunds, voids, settlements
 Design and maintain automated tests for web, API, and POS journeys
 Build test plans across functional, regression, and edge cases
 Partner with developers through shift-left testing and design reviews
 Investigate production issues and drive root-cause analysis
 Flag risks early and raise the bar for what ’done’ means
 Track quality metrics: escape rate, automation coverage, MTTD
 Continuously improve test infrastructure, frameworks, and tooling

Skills and Qualification:
 Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
 3+ years of QA experience in payments, fintech,



or card systems
 Hands-on automation with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
 Strong API testing skills with Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent
 Scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation
 Familiarity with SQL and Linux for log analysis and test data
 Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
 Sharp analytical mindset — you spot edge cases others miss
 Strong written communication; explicit, actionable defect reports
 Bonus: payment flows — Visa/Mastercard, POS terminals, settlements
 Bonus: performance testing (JMeter) or BDD (Cucumber)
