Our engineering teams are responsible for architecting cutting-edge AI systems with production-grade reliability, from LLM orchestration to real-time inference pipelines—serving Fortune 500 clients and high-growth startups alike. Role & Responsibilities

- Lead AI product architecture and engineering execution across cross-functional squads building generative AI, NLP, and computer vision solutions at scale.
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure using cloud-native stacks (AWS/Azure/GCP), MLOps tooling, and containerized inference services.
- Drive technical strategy for AI model lifecycle—from data labeling & fine-tuning to deployment, monitoring, and retraining—with emphasis on performance, cost, and compliance.
- Mentor and scale engineering teams of 5-10+ AI engineers,



data scientists, and ML engineers; establish engineering best practices, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate high-level AI use cases into technical roadmaps and MVPs with measurable KPIs.
- Own AI system reliability: implement observability, drift detection, model versioning, and failover mechanisms to ensure 99.9% uptime SLAs.
