The professional acts as a trusted advisor, shaping both organizational and client strategies by bringing emerging ideas to fruition. Daily activities include analyzing complex requirements, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of best practice business changes, all while maintaining a strong focus on delivering value and fostering long-term partnerships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build their skills and confidence within the project environment.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding modules to meet client requirements.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
