Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.

* Handle receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and finished goods.

* Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software.

* Monitor stock levels and ensure timely material availability for production.

* Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.

* Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, and Accounts departments for smooth material flow.

* Maintain inward/outward registers and all store documentation.

* Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper material identification.

* Supervise store staff and assign daily work.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory/MIS reports.

* Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the store area.

* Control inventory losses, damages, and obsolete stock.





* Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete documentation.

Skills Required:

* Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations.

* Experience with ERP/MARG or other inventory software.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

* Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

* Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
