Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Tea Store Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Tea Store Executive will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, maintaining store standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Hospitality

· Welcome customers warmly and provide a premium in-store experience.

· Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable tea products and beverages.

· Build positive customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

· Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.

Sales & Business Development

· Promote tea products, beverages, and store offerings to drive sales.

· Achieve individual and store sales targets.

· Upsell and cross-sell products effectively.

· Assist in executing promotional activities and special campaigns.

Store Operations

· Ensure smooth daily store operations.

· Handle billing, cash, and digital payment transactions accurately.

· Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards.

· Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment.





Store Presentation & Hygiene

· Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the store at all times.

· Ensure all products are displayed attractively and according to company standards.

· Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Reporting

· Maintain daily sales records and reports.

· Report stock shortages, customer feedback, and operational issues to the Store Manager.

Educational Qualification

· Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2).

· Graduate preferred.

Experience

· 1–3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, café, tea lounge, restaurant, luxury retail, or customer service roles preferred.

· Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also apply.
