- Provide technical assistance, demonstrations, and application support to customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of products
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and service records
Sales & Business Support:
- Support the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales technical activities
- Interact with customers to explain product features, benefits, and applications
- Participate in client meetings, product demos, and field visits
- Generate and follow up on leads (for Sales Executive role)
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships
General Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
- Travel to customer sites as required
