About the Role

Goyal Brothers Prakashan is seeking a highly experienced and responsible Account Executive to manage and oversee the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting, along with the ability to handle end-to-end accounting processes independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
- Handle finalization of accounts and assist in audit processes
- Ensure timely and accurate GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow effectively
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support management with financial insights and reporting

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance




- Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level preferred)
- Experience in finalization of accounts and audits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- CA Inter / CMA (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in publishing or a similar industry is a plus
