We help brands scale their online business by managing and optimizing their presence across leading marketplaces and D2C platforms.

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist who can independently manage end-to-end eCommerce operations, develop marketplace growth strategies, and drive measurable business results.

- Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart and other online marketplaces.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Optimize product listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ Content.
- Plan, launch, and monitor promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal sales.
- Analyze sales performance, marketplace metrics, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Manage inventory planning and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to minimize stock-outs.
- Monitor account health, policy compliance, and seller performance metrics.
- Handle product catalog creation, listing uploads, variation management, and bulk updates.
- Coordinate with advertising teams for Amazon Ads and marketplace promotional activities.
- Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to improve product visibility.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.




- Identify opportunities to expand into new marketplaces and improve operational efficiency.
- Expertise in Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and marketplace advertising.
- Manage seller accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra.

Required Skills

- Solid expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify store management.
- Knowledge of Myntra, Ajio, Tata CLiQ, Meesho, and other marketplaces is preferred.
- Excellent understanding of marketplace algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with catalog management, bulk uploads, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, reporting).
- Familiarity with Amazon Advertising and marketplace promotional tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles for eCommerce.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplace accounts independently.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce marketplace management.
- Proven experience handling multiple online marketplaces with measurable growth achievements.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:

- Marketplace account management
- High-volume catalog management
- Multi-channel inventory management
- Performance marketing coordination
- Revenue growth and profitability optimization
- Customer experience improvement
- ERP or OMS integration exposure will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹72,036.33 per month
