- Contact customers who have outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans
- Ensure timely payments and follow up with customers as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all collections activities
- Communicate with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
- Meet or exceed monthly collection goals
Experience:- Minimum 1 year Micro loans experience/ Freshers Can Also apply
Two-wheeler and licenses are mandatory.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
