Job description

- The Placement Officer is responsible for building strong relationships with companies and ensuring successful placement opportunities for students/candidates. The role involves coordinating recruitment drives, preparing candidates, and achieving placement targets.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree (any field)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with companies for recruitment opportunities.
- Organize campus drives, job fairs, and placement activities.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring processes.
- Guide and support candidates in resume building and interview preparation.
- Track student progress and placement records.




- Collaborate with internal teams to align training with industry needs.
- Achieve placement targets and ensure high placement rates.
