We are Looking for Software Support Specialist

YOE: 0-3 yrs

Location : Chinna Chokkikulam, Madurai

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conduct implementation kick-off meetings with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and configure the HRMS application accordingly.
- Create company setup, employee master, attendance, leave, payroll, shifts, and other required configurations.
- Coordinate with customers to collect the required master data and documents.
- Import customer data into the system and validate the setup.
- Conduct online product training for HR administrators and end users.
- Assist customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve functional queries.
- Coordinate with the Product and Development teams for configuration requests or product issues.
- Track implementation milestones and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain implementation documentation and update progress in the CRM/Project Management system.




- Provide post-go-live support during the stabilization period.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Support team after successful implementation.
- · Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Hindi communication is preferred; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Good presentation and training skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of HR, Payroll, Attendance, or HRMS software is an added advantage.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

Work Timings:

- Monday to saturday (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM)
- Mandatory work from office
