We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Sourcing Executive / Purchase Executive with years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing products, managing supplier relationships, negotiating prices, and ensuring the timely procurement of quality materials while optimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers and vendors.
- Source products and materials based on business requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely procurement.
- Compare quotations and conduct cost analysis to achieve cost savings.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track order status and resolve supply-related issues.
- Ensure purchased products meet quality standards and company requirements.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with relevant departments.
- Conduct market research to identify recent products, suppliers, and pricing trends.
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
