We are Hiring Staff Nurse - NICU

Location – Kollam

We are looking for experienced NICU Nurses to join our Nursing team at Sabine Hospitals, Anayara, Trivandrum and the ideal candidate will have Minimum 1 year of experience in NICU from an accredited hospital and to provide safe, high-quality, and compassionate nursing care to critically ill and premature neonates in the NICU, ensuring patient safety, clinical excellence, infection control compliance, and family-centered care in accordance with hospital policies and clinical standards.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualification:

- GNM/B.Sc/Post B.Sc Nursing
- Kerala Nursing Council Registration is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of NICU experience preferred

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of neonatal nursing care and equipment handling
- Teamwork and coordination with doctors and multidisciplinary teams




- Ability to recognize early signs of neonatal distress and respond promptly in emergencies
- Time management
- Emergency response readiness
- Team coordination

Responsibilities:

- Monitor neonatal vitals and condition
- Handle NICU equipment safely
- Ensure comfort, positioning, and developmental care of neonates
- Assist doctors during procedures, rounds, and emergency interventions
- Follow hospital policies and safety protocols
- Maintain documentation and handover
- Neonatal resuscitation and emergency care

Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview.
