- Domain experience : B.E/Dilploma in Mechanical/Automotive
- Location : Bangalore
- Experience : Minimum of 1 years of experience utilizing SOLIDWOKRS.
(SOLIDWORKS Simulation and PDM a plus)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- The ability to understand the needs of our customers and to work closely with them and others in our extensive technical support team to present solutions to meet client needs.
- The ability to work with our customer base across a wide range of industries providing proactive advice and exceptional customer service
- Document the support activity in the CRM system
- Escalate the customer issues to the next level technical member
- Proactive calling to the customers to understand the software usage and performance and troubleshoot issues if any.
- Suggest best practices, guidelines and technical solutions for productivity improvement.
- Write technical articles/blogs, record screen capture video of software processes for publishing to the organizations technical blog.
- Complete the customer engagement activity assigned to you by our parent company Dassault Systems,



SOLIDWORKS and document the same by engaging with your team.
- Provide technical support, via email, remote sessions and phone, by addressing technical questions, providing guidance, advice, and modelling assistance in a wide variety of application.
- Any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.

PERSON PROFILE :

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical stream.
- 0-1 year of industry/SolidWorks Hands – On experience
- Proficient in English
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Solid written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Passion for working in an open, sharing, and supportive environment where colleague’s welcome opportunities to assist each other with solving challenging technical problems

Mon – Friday: 8.30 AM – 5:00 PM
Note: Last Saturday of the month working
