About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling enterprise technology consultancy operating across banking, healthcare, and telecom sectors, we help Fortune 500 and mid-market firms modernize IT service delivery through ServiceNow HSRD (Human Resources Service Delivery) implementations. Our architects design scalable, secure, and user-centric HR workflows that drive automation, compliance, and employee experience—transforming legacy HR processes into intelligent, self-service platforms powered by ServiceNow’s latest capabilities.

Role & Responsibilities

- Architect end-to-end ServiceNow HSRD solutions aligning with business HR strategy, including onboarding, offboarding, case management, and service catalog design.
- Lead discovery workshops with HR stakeholders to translate process pain points into optimized, automated workflows using ServiceNow HSRD modules.
- Design and govern scalable, secure, and maintainable configurations including UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts for HR service delivery.
- Integrate ServiceNow HSRD with external HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and identity providers (Okta, Azure AD) via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Define and enforce architectural best practices,



performance benchmarks, and SDLC governance (DevOps, CI/CD, unit testing) for HSRD implementations.
- Mentor junior consultants and lead technical reviews to ensure code quality, security compliance, and platform scalability across engagements.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- ServiceNow HSRD
- ServiceNow Platform Development
- ServiceNow Integration (REST/SOAP)
- ServiceNow Scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies)
- HR Service Delivery Workflows
- ServiceNow Certification ( Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer)
- HRIS Systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- ServiceNow DevOps & CI/CD Tools

Preferred

- ServiceNow CSM or ITOM exposure
- Experience with HR process automation frameworks
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 or COBIT for HR service governance
