Job Description – Sales Operations & Analytics Lead

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: 6–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Sales MIS, reporting, and business analytics.
- Analyze primary & secondary sales, target vs. achievement, distributor, region, and SKU performance.
- Generate actionable business insights and highlight performance gaps.
- Develop and automate sales dashboards and reports in collaboration with BI/IT teams.
- Monitor sales performance, productivity, and reporting accuracy.
- Ensure data accuracy across SFA, DMS, ERP, and sales reporting systems.
- Lead the MIS team and ensure timely delivery of reports.
- Support leadership with weekly/monthly business reviews and decision-making.

Mandatory Requirements

- 6–10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales MIS, or Sales Analytics.




- Robust experience in Primary & Secondary Sales Reporting.
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards).
- Experience with Sales MIS, Business Reporting, and Sales Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with SFA, DMS, and/or ERP systems.
- Experience in dashboard creation/automation and data analysis.
- Team handling experience with strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred

- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Paints, Electricals, or Distribution-led businesses.
- Power BI/Tableau knowledge.
- Exposure to General Trade (GT) business.
