Job Title: HR Trainee

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Trainee who will manage core HR operations along with coordinating student-related activities and course management. The role involves handling employee lifecycle processes, administrative responsibilities, and ensuring smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration:

- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.

Attendance Management:

- Track daily attendance and manage leave records.
- Resolve attendance discrepancies and maintain accurate data.

Vendor & Office Administration:

- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Handle day-to-day administrative operations.
- Assist in travel arrangements,



ID cards, and access management.

Reporting & Compliance:

- Generate HR and student-related reports (attendance, performance, etc.).
- Ensure data accuracy in HRMS/CRM systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and student information.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage both HR and student coordination responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and administrative functions.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).
- Prior experience in HR Admin / Operations roles.
- Experience in EdTech / training institutes / educational setup is a plus.
- Familiarity with HRMS/CRM tools is an advantage.
