Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – Oncology

Qualification

• MBBS from a recognized medical college

Registration

• Valid MMC / State Medical Council Registration

Experience

• Freshers and experienced MBBS doctors may apply

• Experience in Oncology, Medicine, ICU, or Emergency will be an added advantage

---

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Oncology OPD and IPD patients under consultant supervision

• Perform initial patient assessment, history taking, and clinical examination

• Monitor admitted cancer patients and manage day-to-day clinical care

• Handle medical emergencies and coordinate with senior consultants

• Assist in chemotherapy services, patient monitoring, and supportive care

• Maintain accurate medical records, progress notes, and discharge summaries

• Coordinate with Nursing, ICU, Radiology,



and other departments for comprehensive patient management

• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and patient safety standards

Skills Required

• Good clinical assessment and patient management skills

• Ability to work in Oncology, IPD, and Emergency settings

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Professional, compassionate, and patient-centric approach

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
