**Job Summary** We are seeking a detail-oriented **Project Specialist** to support project planning, execution, reporting, and financial tracking activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Leads and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery, accurate documentation, timely reporting, and effective project coordination. Key Responsibilities + Support project setup, planning, scheduling, and resource management activities. + Maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and project documentation. + Prepare project reports, dashboards, and meeting materials. + Coordinate project meetings, distribute agendas, capture minutes, and track action items. + Monitor project progress and highlight risks or issues to stakeholders. + Assist with project financial tracking, timesheet reviews, and invoice processing. + Ensure proper document management, project closeout, and archival activities. Required Skills + Solid organizational and coordination skills.



+ Excellent verbal and written communication in English. + Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment. + Basic understanding of project management principles and financial tracking.
