We are seeking an Operations Manager to build and run the operational engine of the company. This is not a back-office function. The selected candidate will work directly with the founding team, help shape how the company operates, and build systems that can scale globally.
This role is available as a part-time engagement with the opportunity to transition into a full time position as the company grows. It is suited for someone who enjoys working in a high-velocity startup environment with strong ownership and direct impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations & Process Management
- Establish and manage day-to-day operational processes and workflows
- Design and implement SOPs, documentation standards, and operational frameworks
- Coordinate across teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvement;

Finance & Administration

- Oversee financial administration including invoicing, payments, and expense management
- Coordinate with external accountants and auditors on bookkeeping and compliance
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement
- Support budgeting and cash flow tracking

Compliance & Secretarial Coordination

- Coordinate with legal counsel on regulatory compliance requirements
- Manage statutory filings, documentation, and corporate secretarial functions
- Maintain records for board meetings, resolutions, and governance requirements
- Ensure compliance across India operations and support US corporate requirements as needed.

HR & Team Operations





- Support recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Manage HR administration including attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
- Assist in developing HR policies and performance management frameworks
- Coordinate team events, offsites, and engagement initiatives

Qualifications

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in operations, administration, business management, or startup operations
- International experience preferred — candidates with exposure to US, Singapore, or European operations will have an advantage
- Prior experience in startups or high-growth environments preferred
- Strong understanding of finance, compliance, and corporate governance fundamentals
- Familiarity with Indian regulatory requirements; exposure to US operations is a plus
- Proven ability to build processes and systems from scratch
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
