We are looking for a data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to create, execute, and optimize customer engagement campaigns across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing, automation workflows, and customer retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and execute Customer Lifecycle & Retention Journeys.
- Reactivate dormant and inactive users through Email & WhatsApp automation.
- Plan and manage multichannel campaigns (Email, Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, In-App & Web Push).
- Create customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve Open Rate, CTR, and Conversions.




- Track campaign performance, including Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, Repeat Purchase Ratio, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Prepare campaign performance reports with revenue impact insights.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Content teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills
