Madhouse Mafia is a full-stack creator economy studio born from the merger of The Content Mafia and Madhouse Media — combining a 41-creator-strong talent roster with end-to-end brand and agency capabilities. We don't just place creators in campaigns; we manage brand relationships, strategy, and execution in-house, end to end.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

- 1+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, or brand partnerships — agency, creator economy, or marketing background preferred
- Strong content strategy instincts — you can analyze a brand’s goals and independently design a compelling, results-driven content approach
- Background or robust working knowledge of marketing is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with precision and consistency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — clear, concise, and persuasive across internal and external stakeholders
- Confident and principled — you’re comfortable flagging misalignments in briefs (e.g.,



“This approach won’t meet the brand’s goals — here’s how we can improve it”) rather than simply relaying instructions
- High ownership mentality — you treat client accounts as if they were your own business, proactively identifying opportunities and mitigating risks
- Familiarity with the influencer/creator marketing ecosystem is a strong plus
- Process-oriented yet adaptable — thrive in fast-paced, low-bureaucracy environments while maintaining quality and consistency
