Role – Team Lead

Location : Bangalore(JP Nagar)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Team Lead to join our growing Managed Services division. This role offers a qualified work environment that fosters individual growth and rewards performance.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting clients through data administration, validation, and reporting activities. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of new and renewal business, utilize corporate database systems, and deliver high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders in accordance with established procedures.

Experience & Qualifications

- Experience: 6–10 years of relevant experience
- Currently working as a Team Lead, managing a team of 15–20 members
- Academic Qualification: Minimum Graduation Degree

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Operations

- Lead and manage the team’s daily operational activities.
- Supervise workload distribution, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Motivate and guide team members to achieve operational and organizational goals.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Handle client calls, communications, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address client requests, issues, and process-related queries.

Process Management

- Manage end-to-end Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance processes including new and renewal business.
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and compliance with company procedures.
- Support the transition of new accounts and processes.

Continuous Improvement





- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Propose creative ideas to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Implement change management initiatives within the team.

Training & Development

- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on expertise in Applied Epic, including account setup, policy processing, policy checking, invoicing, activity management, document handling, and reporting.

• Ability to manage end-to-end P&C; processes, including:

- Submission handling and policy issuance
- Endorsement processing
- Renewals and remarketing support
- Loss runs analysis
- Carrier communication and follow-ups
- Claims FNOL handling

• Experience in SOP creation, process documentation, and training delivery

• Strong knowledge of quality control and error management frameworks

Understanding transition and knowledge transfer processes

• Familiarity with change management practices, with ability to drive process improvements and manage updates across the team.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, carrier portals, and client-specific workflows.
