Responsibilities
- Conduct offline/online soft skills training sessions.
- Train students in interpersonal, communication, presentation, storytelling, and productivity skills.
- Prepare training materials and interactive activities.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Submit session reports and coordinate with the training team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in soft skills or corporate training.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, storytelling, and productivity skills.
- Experience training students or fresh graduates is preferred.
