As a Lead Generation Executive, you will identify potential customers, engage with prospects across global markets, and support the sales team by generating qualified business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in international B2B software sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential B2B clients using LinkedIn, Apollo, Google, and other lead generation platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads through email outreach, LinkedIn networking, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
- Connect with decision-makers to understand their business requirements.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead information and activity updates in the CRM.
- Learn and leverage AI-powered tools and automation platforms to improve productivity and streamline repetitive tasks.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate workflows and optimize lead generation processes.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools relevant to sales and business development.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Passion for sales, business development, and customer interaction.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and modern sales technologies.
- Active learner with curiosity to explore new AI tools and digital solutions.
- Ability to identify repetitive tasks and recommend automation to improve efficiency.
- Quick learner with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and internet research.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI tools.
- Basic understanding of CRM platforms.
- Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, RocketReach, or similar prospecting tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- Interest in B2B SaaS or software sales.
