Position Summary :

We are hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant to be a core member of our Enterprise Software practice. You will own and deliver full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations for enterprise clients across global geographies, working closely with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to drive successful go-lives.

Experience Required

4–6 Years (Minimum 2 full-cycle enterprise implementations mandatory)

Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration

- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules for enterprise clients
- Conduct business process workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis
- Configure SuccessFactors modules as per approved solution design and client requirements
- Build and manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP), business rules, and workflows
- Set up MDF (Metadata Framework) objects, custom fields, and business logic
- Execute data migration from legacy HR / SAP ECC systems using import templates and SFTP
- Build and validate integrations with SAP S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party applications via SAP BTP / CPI

Project Delivery

- Follow SAP Activate methodology across Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases
- Manage UAT cycles — write test scripts, track defects, and coordinate resolution
- Lead go-live cutover planning, execution, and hypercare support
- Proactively manage scope, risks, and issues with project managers and client leads

Client Engagement

- Engage directly with enterprise HR, IT, and business stakeholders
- Facilitate design review sessions, calibration workshops, and formal sign-off meetings
- Present solution designs and configuration decisions confidently to senior client stakeholders
- Manage onsite and offshore coordination effectively

Documentation & Quality

- Produce high-quality BRD, FSD, Configuration Workbooks, Test Scripts, Training Materials, and Admin Guides
- Maintain complete and up-to-date configuration documentation throughout the project lifecycle




- Ensure adherence to Durapid's delivery quality and governance standards

Required Technical Skills

The candidate must have hands-on configuration experience in a minimum of two SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Onboarding 1.0 or 2.0, Performance and Goal Management, Compensation, Learning Management System, or Succession and Development.

Strong working knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Metadata Framework (MDF), and business rules configuration is mandatory. Experience with integration tools such as SAP BTP or Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) is required. The candidate should also be proficient in data migration, reporting using Stories or Canvas Reports, and SSO configuration via Azure AD or SAML 2.0.

- Reporting — Stories, Canvas Reports, Workforce Analytics

- SSO Setup — Azure AD / SAML 2.0 configuration

Must-Have Experience

- 4–6 years in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors functional domain
- Minimum 2 complete end-to-end enterprise SuccessFactors implementations — not just support or rollout
- Enterprise client experience — organizations with 5,000 or more employees, multi-country preferred
- Strong understanding of HR business processes across the hire-to-retire lifecycle
- Hands-on configuration experience — not just consulting or documentation
- Direct client-facing experience — workshops, stakeholder presentations, formal sign-offs
- Comfortable working in onsite and offshore delivery models

Positive to Have :

- SAP SuccessFactors Certification in one or more modules
- Experience with global rollouts — US, UK, Middle East, APAC
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA HCM or SAP ECC PA / OM modules
- Knowledge of payroll integrations — ADP, Ceridian, Ramco, or SAP Payroll
- Prior experience working in an IT services or consulting firm
