Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions across search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms.
- Conduct keyword, topic, and intent-based research to identify content opportunities, search trends, and audience needs.
- Optimize website content for traditional search engines as well as Answer Engines (AEO) and Generative Search experiences (GEO), including AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Collaborate with content, design, development, and marketing teams to create high-quality, search-friendly, and AI-citable content.
- Perform technical SEO audits, identify site health issues, and drive implementation of recommendations.
- Improve website crawlability, indexability, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and overall user experience.
- Create and optimize structured data (Schema Markup) to enhance search visibility and increase eligibility for rich results and AI-generated answers.
- Monitor brand visibility across search engines, AI search platforms, and conversational interfaces.
- Analyze competitor strategies, SERP features, AI-generated responses, and emerging search trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Track, measure, and report on SEO, AEO, and GEO performance metrics, including rankings, organic traffic, engagement, conversions, and AI search visibility.




- Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments, and evolving industry best practices.
- Drive continuous optimization initiatives aligned with business growth and revenue objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Content SEO, and Search Intent Optimization.
- Working knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, GTmetrix, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with AI-powered search ecosystems, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other emerging search technologies.
- Understanding of structured data, schema markup, entity-based SEO, semantic search, E-E-A-T principles, and content optimization frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Robust analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
