Role & Responsibilities

- Oversee daily Boys hostel operations including room assignments, attendance tracking, and facility maintenance coordination.
- Enforce hostel rules and behavioural guidelines while mentoring students on discipline, time management, and personal responsibility.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, student grievances, and parent concerns with empathy and procedural fairness.
- Collaborate with campus security, housekeeping, and academic staff to ensure a clean, secure, and orderly living environment.
- Organize and supervise hostel events, wellness programs, and community-building activities to foster student engagement.
- Maintain detailed records of incidents, student progress,



and compliance with institutional policies.
