Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field Key Responsibilities
* Manage IPQC activities and overall process quality.
* Inspect and approve incoming raw and packaging materials.
* Ensure adherence to food safety systems and controls.
* Monitor CCPs as per HACCP guidelines.
* Drive continuous quality and safety improvements.
* Develop cost-effective product blends.
* Monitor and optimize usage of hold/aged stocks.
* Maintain daily quality reports and trackers. //Knowledge Requirement: HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards//
