Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee interior design projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring work quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including false ceiling, electrical and carpentry works.

Manage vendors to ensure work is performed according to project plans and specifications.

Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with designs and generate weekly update pics.

Maintain clear communication with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that arise.





Ensure that materials are delivered on time and manage inventory levels to avoid delays.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any on-site issues that may arise.

Must have experience working on Residential Interior Projects.

Qualifications:

Diploma/bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior supervision or site management.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have a vehicle for day-to-day commute to sites

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
