Job Title: Telecaller (1–3 Years Experience)

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Performance Incentives

We are hiring Telecallers for our Hyderabad office. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced candidates with up to 3 years of experience who want to build their career in customer communication and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain products and services in a clear and professional manner.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic information.
- Maintain accurate call records and update lead status.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.




- Coordinate with the sales team for further process.

Requirements:

- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or related roles.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident, polite, and target-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work from office in Hyderabad.
- Immediate joiners only.
