The role

- Understand hiring requirements from clients and help set up hiring campaigns

- Work with hiring managers to ensure they're getting the best results from Scouto

- Review AI-generated candidate pipelines and share relevant profiles with clients

- Coordinate with product and engineering teams when clients need support or improvements

- Use Scouto's AI recruiting platform to manage and optimize hiring workflows





- Build automations and workflows that improve client operations and internal processes

- Act as the bridge between clients and our AI recruiter

About you
- 1–4 years of experience in operations, recruiting, account management, or a similar role

- AI-native. You've spent real time using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, or similar products

- Curious. When you see a repetitive process, your first instinct is to figure out how to automate it

- Comfortable speaking with founders, hiring managers, and business stakeholders

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

- Excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment
