JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Open Positions: 3 Work Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai Work Timings: General Shift Responsibilities: Understanding job requirements and hiring needs. Design job descriptions & interviews questions for all the job openings. Posting jobs on various job portals and social media. Sourcing and screening both active and passive candidates in the market. Communicating with all stakeholders for smooth execution and experience. Having continuous engagements with the candidates to ensure a successful hire and joining. Responsible for reference check & BGV of selected candidates. Maintaining recruitment database of all the candidates. Closing all the open positions as per the timelines. Improving HR processes with quality inputs.
Candidate Profile: Experience: Min 1 year of relevant experience in IT Recruitment Qualification: Any Graduate/Post-Graduate Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be having basic knowledge of end to end recruitment. Should be self-motivated as well as a team player. Problem solving skills and multitasking ability. Specialization into Human Resource Management will be plus point.
