or a related field * 5+ years of experience in outbound sales management, preferably in a B2B environment * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities * Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
