SAP SD Senior Consultant / Managing Consultant Location: Mumbai
Experience: 10–12 Years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in Sales & Distribution, Pricing Management, and Transportation Management. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP SD configuration, integrations, complex pricing scenarios, and end-to-end implementation projects. This role requires close collaboration with business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable SAP solutions and support ongoing service delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage and support SAP SD processes including Sales, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, ATP, Rebates, Intercompany Sales, Stock Transfer, and Third-Party Sales. Configure and customize SAP SD solutions based on business requirements. Work on complex pricing structures, transportation processes, and logistics execution. Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and support development and testing activities. Collaborate with ABAP and technical teams for enhancements, User Exits, BADIs, interfaces, and custom developments. Handle SAP integrations with external applications and third-party systems through IDOC/EDI and interface solutions. Support data migration and master data maintenance activities using LSMW and related tools. Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. Troubleshoot issues, analyze SAP OSS notes, and drive timely resolution of incidents and service requests.



Work closely with global stakeholders and support international business operations. Required Skills & Experience 10–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD. Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout projects. Strong experience in SAP SD configuration and business processes. Expertise in Pricing, Condition Technique, Rebates, ATP, Scheduling, Shipping, and Billing. Positive understanding of Shipment and Transportation Management processes. Experience with IDOC/EDI, interfaces, and third-party system integrations. Knowledge of User Exits, BADIs, Enhancements, and custom reports. Experience in preparing functional specifications and supporting testing activities. Strong understanding of SAP SD integration with FI and MM modules. Exposure to overseas clients, preferably Europe or US regions. Basic ABAP debugging knowledge is preferred. Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools. Preferred Qualifications SAP SD Certification. ITIL Certification. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe certification will be an added advantage. Exposure to monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, or CloudWatch. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Ideal Candidate Profile A seasoned SAP SD professional who can independently manage complex business requirements, lead solution design discussions, handle integrations, and provide strong support across implementation and service delivery engagements while working effectively with global stakeholders.
