DUSQ is an evening wearable supporting sleep via autonomic nervous system regulation, backed by an in-house Sleep Coach Program. As a Sleep Coach, you'll manage a personal caseload of users — running structured check-ins, interpreting device/tracker data, guiding behavioural change, and escalating clinically relevant issues to our Senior Consult Tier or the user's physician. This role does not prescribe or modify medication.
What You'll Do
• Guide sleep hygiene, wind-down routines, and CBT-I-based behavioural interventions
• Interpret DUSQ and third-party tracker data (Oura, Whoop, Apple Watch, etc.) and sleep architecture trends
• Document medication history and escalate clinical red flags appropriately
• Run weekly video check-ins; stay reachable via the DUSQ platform (24-hr response time)
