About the Role:

This is a full time, on-site role. The role requires strong financial oversight, planning, and commercial understanding, with hands-on exposure to the Media & Entertainment industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling finance independently while working closely with business stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain and manage books of accounts in Tally.
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
- Prepare and present project reports as per internal requirements.
- Handle bank and cash reconciliations.




- Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
- Process PT, salary, and TDS workings.
- Manage partners’ reimbursements and handle petty cash.
- Pass inter-company entries and ensure accurate recording.
- Coordinate with auditors for implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure accurate accounting records.
- Prepare cheques, handle bulk uploads, and coordinate with banks, including branch visits when required.

Requirements:

- B.Com / M.Com qualified.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience; experience in the Media & Entertainment industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of MIS, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and commercial finance.
- Good negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
