Assistant Manager – Engineering Systems

Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical techniques to extract insights from complex datasets and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources.




- Design and development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
- Perform exploration data analysis and generate actionable insights.
- Design and implement data pipelines for effective data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Communicate findings through clear visualizations, dashboards, and executive reports.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI/ML and guide adoption of best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience:7 –10 years in data science, analytics, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data manipulation.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and Azure cloud platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Good to have Knowledge of product development processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in deploying ML models into production environments.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools Power BI.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level AI/ML solutions.
- Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
