Role: Channel Partner & Business Development Executive

Location: Fieldwork all over West Bengal

Timings: 11:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Salary & Perks:

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 / month
- Incentives: Highly attractive (Based on experience)
- What You Will Do:
- Visit active construction sites & properties to find fresh leads.
- Meet Real Estate sales professionals to build channel partnerships.
- Conduct daily face-to-face client meetings.

Requirements:

- Experience: Preference given to candidates with an Interior Design, Property, or Real Estate sales background.
- Training: 7 Days of on-the-job training provided.
- Target: Post-training target of minimum 2 leads per month.
- Must be energetic and comfortable with daily field travel.
