* Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.

* Prepare 2D drawings, space planning, furniture layouts, working drawings, and detail drawings.

* Create 3D models and presentation renders for client approvals.

* Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes.

* Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and execution teams.

* Conduct site visits for measurements, design validation, and execution support.

* Resolve on-site design and technical issues.

* Ensure drawings are updated as per site conditions.

* Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and quantity estimates.

* Maintain project timelines and support smooth project execution.

Required Skills





* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

* Proficiency in *AutoCAD* (Mandatory).

* Working knowledge of *SketchUp*.

* Experience with *Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar rendering software* is an advantage.

* Knowledge of construction details and interior execution.

* Understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture manufacturing.

* Robust communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
