The Outlet Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of the outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, profitability, and compliance with company standards. The role involves leading the team, achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the outlet.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the outlet.
- Maintain company standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, coach, and supervise outlet staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback.
