About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Designer with strong expertise in Blender and a good understanding of Level Design. The ideal candidate should have the ability to create high-quality 3D environments, assets, and immersive spaces while maintaining a strong balance between visual quality, performance, and user experience.

You will work closely with our creative and development teams to design and build engaging 3D environments for immersive experiences, real-time applications, interactive projects, and visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop high-quality 3D environments, levels, and immersive spaces.
- Create 3D models, assets, environments, and props using Blender.
- Apply Level Design principles to create visually engaging and functional environments.
- Work on environment composition, scene layout, scale, spatial flow, and visual storytelling.
- Create optimized 3D assets suitable for real-time and interactive applications.
- Handle modelling, texturing, UV mapping, lighting, and basic rendering.
- Optimize models, textures, and scenes for performance without compromising visual quality.
- Collaborate with Unreal Engine developers, designers, and creative teams to integrate 3D assets and environments.
- Translate concepts, references, and creative briefs into polished 3D visuals.
- Maintain proper project structure, asset organization, and file management.
- Research and implement new 3D design techniques, workflows, and AI-assisted creative tools.
- Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Blender.




- Good understanding of Level Design and Environment Design.
- Strong skills in 3D modelling, texturing, UV mapping, lighting, and scene composition.
- Understanding of scale, spatial design, visual hierarchy, and environmental storytelling.
- Knowledge of real-time 3D asset optimization and performance considerations.
- Ability to work from references, mood boards, concepts, and creative briefs.
- Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Unreal Engine or other real-time engines.
- Experience in creating environments for AR, VR, immersive experiences, or interactive applications.
- Understanding of PBR materials and real-time rendering workflows.
- Knowledge of animation and motion design is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-based 3D and creative tools is a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in 3D Design, Animation, Game Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant professional experience in 3D design, environment design, or level design.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating 3D environments, level design, and Blender projects is mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
