We're Hiring: Academic Counsellor (Telecaller)
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid / Office-Based)
Experience: 1–3 Years
CTC: ₹4.0 – ₹5 LPA
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

A leading digital learning and education-focused organization is looking for enthusiastic Academic Counsellors to guide prospective learners through online certification and executive education programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct 80–100 outbound calls daily to warm leads
- Counsel prospective learners and understand their career goals
- Explain programme features, curriculum, certifications, and learning outcomes
- Follow up via calls, Whats App, and email to drive enrolments
- Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking
- Handle learner queries and objections professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams for webinars, demos, and onboarding activities
- Be available for learner interactions on weekends when required

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Hindi, or any regional language is an advantage




- Robust interpersonal, counselling, and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM platforms
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Freshers with solid communication skills are encouraged to apply
