Role Overview

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who can independently manage and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on performance, optimization, and results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, paid ads, content, social media)
- Manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and content optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversions
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and developers for campaign execution
- Monitor trends, competitors, and industry updates to improve strategies
- Create detailed reports and present insights to internal teams or clients




- Ensure timely delivery and quality control across all campaigns

Requirements

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
- Ability to independently manage campaigns and budgets
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Good understanding of funnels, conversion optimization, and user behavior
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, Click Up (preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills

This is a full time, in-office role based in Krishna Nagar, East Delhi.
