Job Description

As a Senior Sustainability Consultant at JLL, you will be responsible for the delivery of challenging sustainability projects related to Net Zero ambitious projects as well as design, construction, and operational sustainable design. Experience and knowledge of real estate, carbon management, operational carbon and embodied carbon analysis, as well as large scale portfolio net zero roadmap development.

Your continuous development of skills and adoption of new technologies is key to the impact you will have in this role. You will interact with clients and vendors to develop collaborative solutions, support project related documentation, perform research, support weekly meetings and develop reports and memos communicating technical details, processes and action items.

Your knowledge of commercial real estate operations, sustainability and energy management, construction and engineering/architectural industry will speak to your ability to collaborate with your team in delivering innovative and industry changing projects.

Key Responsibilities





- Report and support th Head of Sustainability
- Support the JLL PDS UAE Sustainability Engineering team
- Work closely to deliver Sustainability and Net Zero projects
- Work with the sustainability team to deliver technical work including but not limited to:
- Developing environmental key performance indicators
- Carbon accounting
- Building simulation
- Embodied carbon modeling
- Design input to built environment and infrastructure projects
- Design calculations where needed to support energy performance, lighting, thermal comfort, etc.

Required Competencies

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written, including presentational skills
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
- Relationship-building & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to juggle multiple projects/activities and maintain tight deadlines, organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident and self-motivated, with valuable use of initiative
