- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Document application configurations and changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in People Soft Administration.
- Experience with managing People Soft environments including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes within People Soft.
- Ability to monitor system performance and implement tuning measures to ensure optimal operation.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques related to People Soft applications.
