Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage and lead a team of customer support associates. The ideal candidate should have strong people management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving team performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Customer Support Executives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and SLAs.
- Conduct regular team huddles, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
- Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and process guidelines.
- Analyze reports and identify opportunities for process improvement.




- Drive employee engagement and maintain high team morale.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Team Leader in a Customer Support/BPO environment.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in handling customer escalations and performance management.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of customer service metrics and reporting.
- Ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.
