Key Responsibilities

- Handle allocated Luxe customers independently and drive design-to-order conversion.
- Conduct detailed client consultations to understand lifestyle needs, spatial constraints, budgets, and luxury aspirations.
- Create design layouts, 3D views, and material selections that balance aesthetics, cost, and execution feasibility.
- Own multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely design sign-offs.
- Present designs persuasively to customers and close design iterations efficiently.
- Work within Home Lane systems, modules, and pricing frameworks.
- Coordinate with project managers and execution teams for accurate design handover.
- Proactively upsell premium finishes, accessories, and modular enhancements.
- Ensure zero-defect designs by following Home Lane technical and quality guidelines.

Key Skills & Capabilities





- Strong hands-on designing capability with a luxury residential sensibility.
- Customer-facing confidence and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work with constraints of cost, timelines, and standard modules.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3Ds Max, or equivalent tools.
- Detail-oriented with robust ownership of outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications

- 6–14+ years of experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial interiors.
- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture;

postgraduate qualification preferred.

- Proven experience handling marquee or ultra-premium projects.
