To ensure retainable conversion through a systematic sales planning (not mere budgeting)
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and managing sales activities.
· Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics
· Provide support in developing sales strategies and marketing initiatives
· Ensure customer satisfaction
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
