Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to promote professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in FEA Simulation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret simulation results and translate them into actionable design improvements.
- Experience with software tools and platforms used for finite element analysis and simulation.
- Ability to develop scalable and effective architectural solutions that meet complex technical requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.
